BS Limited, a leading infrastructure and preferred EPC services provider, announced today that it has won several orders to the tune of 722 crores from power utilities. These orders are for Turnkey/EPC contracts for 220 KV & 132 KV Transmission Lines & associated substations in Madhya Pradesh. The projects funded by Asian Development Bank are for strengthening the grid and enhancing transmission capacity, bringing much-needed electricity to the region to meet growing domestic and industrial demand. Commenting on the order win, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, BS Limited, stated “We are privileged to continue supporting the development of Madhya Pradesh’s power infrastructure. These projects will enhance capacity and operational efficiency in electricity transmission and distribution system in Madhya Pradesh where BS Limited already has a strong presence. Our EPC business has been growing at a rate of around 20% year on year basis and we continue to focus our efforts in India and are also exploring business in the South Asian & MENA regions which has immense potential. These order will contribute significantly to EPC business earnings until mid 2015.”

Consolidated Financial Performance

For the FY13, revenue stood at Rs.1984 crore as against Rs.1279 crore in FY 12, registering a growth of 55% year on year basis. Net profit stood at Rs. 63.77 crore as against Rs. 58.42 crore in FY 12. EBIDTA registered a growth of 32% year on year basis and stood at Rs 198.79 Cr Revenue at Rs.372.6 Crore as against Rs 267 Crore in the corresponding Quarter in FY 12 - a growth of 39.53 % year on year basis.

Standalone Quarterly Performance

For the Q4 FY13, revenues stood at Rs.462 crore as against Rs. 414 crore in the corresponding quarter in FY 12, registering a growth of 11.69 % year on year. Net profit for the quarter is Rs. 15.13 crore as against net profit of Rs. 14.10 crore in corresponding quarter in FY 12

Net Profit at Rs.13.39 Crore as against Rs 11.57 Crore - a growth of 16 % year on year.

EBIDTA up by Rs 12.51 Crore at Rs 47.43 Crore with a growth of 36% on a year on year basis..

EPS for the Quarter stands at Rs 6.11 per Share.

These orders are for supply of 765/400 Kv transmission line towers for Powergrid and State Power Utilities. BS TransComm Limited, a leading infrastructure provider for Power Transmission & Distribution Sector, announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31st, 2012. The company recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 1279 Cr for the year ended March 31st, 2012, an increase of 47% from Rs 871 Cr in the year ended March 31st 2011. EBIDTA stood at Rs 152.93 Cr. Net profit was Rs 58.42 cr, an increase of 14.6% from Rs 50.96 cr in year ended March 31st 2011.

BS TransComm Limited, a leading Infrastructure provider for power & telecom sector has bagged an order for supply, erection, testing and commissioning of new 11KV & LT Lines and construction of 11/0.4KV distribution Substation in Madhya Pradesh. In addition to the above the company was the lowest bidder (L1) for tenders from MPMKVVCL, Bhopal under the RGGVY project in Rewa, Bhind & Panna District in Madhya Pradesh. The total cumulative value of all the orders is Rs 168 crores.

BS TransComm Limited, a leading infrastructure provider for power T & D and Telecom sector, recorded standalone revenues of Rs 267 Cr for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, an increase of 39.83% from Rs 190 Cr in the Q3 FY11. EBIDTA stood at Rs 34 Cr as compared to Rs 29 cr in the corresponding period last year. Net profit was Rs 11.57 cr for Q3 FY12. The diluted EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 5.29.

BS TransComm Limited, a leading turnkey service and technology solutions provider to Power & Telecom today has received new orders in its Power division for EPC, Turnkey and tower supply contracts. The company has received an order for Engineering, procurement and Construction of a 765 KV Quad S/C Transmission line for Raichur Sholapur Transmission Company Ltd. The order is to be executed by July 2013. It has also won orders from Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Ltd for setting up of two substations of 132/33KV in Raipur. The scope of works includes Design, Supply, Erection, and Testing & Commissioning on a turnkey basis and the completion period for both the projects twelve months The Company also bagged an order from Power Grid in a domestic competitive bidding in a joint venture. ., an end to end turnkey solutions and technology solutions provider for Telecom and Power T&D Sector which went public in October 2010, has come out with impressive performance reporting a net turnover of Rs 190.96cr for the quarter ending 31st Dec 2010 and Rs 535.51 cr for the nine month period up to 31st Dec. 2010 in spite of stiff competition and tremendous pressure on margins due to cost escalation in all the throughputs as against last quarter Net sales of Rs 180.55 Cr and Rs 343.58 cr for the six month period up to 30th Sep. 2010. The Company has posted an unaudited PBT of Rs 18.97 cr and PAT of Rs 12.67 Cr for the quarter ending 31st Dec 2010, including write off of Extraordinary Item of Expenses (IPO expenses) of Rs 1.4 Cr as against last quarter figure of Rs 20.97 cr and Rs 14.00 Cr, respectively. The other income during the quarter under review stands at Rs70.39 lakhs as against Rs14.22 lakhs during the last quarter. The cumulative figures of the same are Rs 96.77 lakhs & Rs 26.39 lakhs respectively. The Company has achieved an annualized (basic) EPS of Rs 23.16, on the enhanced capital as compared to Rs 39.44 for the quarter ended 30 Sep 2010. All figures mentioned above are on a standalone basis. The order book of the Company also shows a very healthy trend and stands at Rs 607 cr. Recently the Company has also successfully bagged an REC BOOM project with its consortium partners and expects to bag many more such projects in near future.

., an end to end turnkey solutions and technology solutions provider for Telecom and Power T&D Sector, has reported an unaudited Standalone second quarter revenue of Rs. 180.54cr (QoQ sequential growth of 10.7%) and Standalone profit from Operation before extra ordinary Income for the quarter stood at Rs. 30.86cr (QoQ sequential growth of 14.2%). Net Profit for the Quarter stands at Rs 14cr For the half year ending September 2010, the company’s unaudited standalone Revenue stands at Rs 343.58cr. Net profit after tax for the first half of FY11 which stands at Rs 27.42 cr have exceeded the full year FY 10 Standalone Audited net profit of Rs 24.09cr. The Company has recently completed its initial public offering of 76,79,410 equity shares at Rs 248 constituting a dilution of 35.10% on the post issue paid up capital of the Company.
